We started by developing user personas. The design process included gathering client requirements, crafting wireframes, and testing with the PM and other designers as needed. Designs were iterated within the constraints of the existing design system, and multiple versions were internally tested. The most effective designs were then sent to the client for feedback, with final versions refined based on their input.
