After conducting a new user survey and creating a user persona, we gathered client requirements and crafted wireframes. We then iterated through multiple UI versions, testing them with our team and the client. Hospital owners were also involved in providing feedback on different versions. Final designs were refined based on this feedback to meet stakeholder expectations.
